CUSTOMER INITIATED CANCELLATION

Once the orders have been placed, you are given the flexibility to amend the order on account of a variety of reasons within 24 hours. These amendments could be at the order level or at the Product line level.

Following are the policies in this regard:

  • Rohtak Deal will accept any order amendments till the time it has not been processed in our warehouse.
  • The Customer is required to contact the Rohtak Deal Contact Centre i.e care@rohtakdeal.com for cancellation.
  • Rohtak Deal’s Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.
  • Full order cancellation is allowed only if none of the Product lines has been processed in our warehouse.
  • Line cancellation for the entire line is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed in our warehouse.
  • If the cancellation request is successful as per above conditions, Rohtak Deal would cancel the order or entire line(s) as the case may be and refund the same to you as per Rohtak Deal’s refund policy.

ROHTAK DEAL INITIATED CANCELLATION

During the order processing stage, there is a possibility that the Product quantities required to fulfill an order are not completely available, for reasons such as physical product found to be damaged at the warehouse, product not traceable etc. Rohtak Deal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability.

Rohtak Deal’s Customer service team would initiate the communication to you, explaining the reason for such cancellation and initiate a refund to you as per Rohtak Deal’s refund policy.as’s

Return Policy

We believe to create a relationship with our customers that’s why we provide the “Open Packet Service” to the customer. In this service, you can open the courier bag in front of the courier boy and checked your product if you don’t like the product you can return the product to the courier boy without any hassle. This facility is only available to the customer of Rohtak only

We certainly understand that ascertaining the quality of the product without touch them is a difficult task that’s why we have 3 days Easy Return Policy If the product you received is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, you just need to send the product back to us and a full refund will be initiated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unsealed goods should not be accepted at the time of delivery. Returns of unsealed products will not be accepted.

A notification with the return status shall be communicated to the consumer within 48-72 working hours from the time of receipt.
Shipping

To return your product, you need to mail your product to: 192 Rohtak Deal, New Hsiidc, Rohtak-124001, Haryana.

Shipping costs incurred for returning the item will be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You need to use a trackable shipping service while returning the product .
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment and in case of COD orders you need to provide your bank account details and we will initiate online transfer of refund amount to your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your Credit card/ Debit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
